Gorgeous large cabinet sized plate of Golden Fluorite with Calcite crystal accents!
A few scattered bumps here and there don't detract at all from the beauty of this impressive plate.
The color is intense whether exposed to a light or not. Slight lavender zoning near the outer edges.
By the way - the backside of the Fluorite is completely covered by large Sphalerite crystals.

Native Copper from Butte is VERY scarce and typically appears like the specimen
above - in masses of small irregular crystals. The Copper is draped atop a mix of
Pyrite and what appears to be Bornite (iridescent). The entire mix of minerals sits
atop a matrix of terminated Quartz crystals with additional scattered Pyrite.

SCARCE! Fine old plate of bluish-lavender Vivianite crystals on matrix from Utah!
This is the first of these specimens that I've offered on the website and they don't
appear very often at the shows either. The blades are well formed at around 1.5 cm in
size and display a rich lavender blue color when held to light. The specimen is cabinet
sized with stabilization on the backside seam. This was done many years ago to
strengthen the matrix and protect the crystals from breaking away along the seam.
