MUSEUM QUALITY!!
A tremendous specimen of Native Wire Silver atop fine
Acanthite crystals!
This specimen dates back to the mid 1800's and is one of the finest and most impressive
German Silvers you will ever see. A thick twirling rope extends upwards some 7 cm on the

smaller wires which curl and form a nest atop the slightly iridescent Acanthite crystal
covered matrix. This specimen is a true prize for any Silver or worldwide mineral
collector!

Germany.
Measures 8.7 cm by 8 cm in total size with a gorgeous antique patina.

This specimen isn't quite the caliber of the Freiberg Silver but it's still pretty darn

WORLD CLASS SILVER!!
A TREMENDOUS specimen of Native Wire Silver atop Acanthite crystal covered matrix!
This would have to rank as one of the top three finest Silver specimens I've ever seen or
owned. It's definately the finest (and largest) German Silver I've shown on the website.
This specimen came out of the mines in Freiberg in the mid 1800's and was on display
in the Freiberg museum for many decades before being deaccessed in the mid 1980's.
From there it changed hands to Wayne Thompson before being purchased by Dave
Wilber for the Joseph Freilich Mineral Collection. I can't stress enough just how large
and incredible this specimen is. It's one of the true classics from the Freiberg Mining
District and is a Silver collector's dream specimen. A specimen of the quality and
caliber comes along maybe once every decade and this one will happily remain in
my case until the right collector comes along and takes it for his or her collection.
From Freiberg, Freiberg District, Erzgebirge, Saxony, Germany.
Measures 15.5 cm by 8.6 cm in size with a gorgeous antique patina.
Ex. Joseph A. Freilich Mineral Collection via Dave Wilber.

Exceptional!! What an incredible
Sphalerite specimen!
I've seen lots of Chinese Sphalerites but nothing that even comes close to the overall
quality and aesthetics of this plate! Shiny, reddish brown Rubyjack Sphalerites are
perfectly
scattered atop a sparkling surface of drusy Quartz! The crystals are quite large at around
2 - 2.5 cm and range from semi-translucent to gemmy! A top quality Sphalerite in every
way.

China.
