UNIQUE!! A large ball of Okenite perched
atop a Prehnite stalactite!
I did a double take when I saw this specimen and both sides are displayed above just
to show you that this is the real thing. A nearly 4 cm Okenite ball grew atop the green
fingers of Prehnite and you can almost see the termination on the backside where
the Okenite is more open, exposing the Prehnite. I've only seen two specimens
of this sort and this one is by far the larger of the two and the best overall!
From Nasik, Maharashtra State, India.
Measures 8.5 cm by 3.9 cm in total size.
Ex. Gabriel Risse Mineral Collection
Comes with a custom made, engraved base

lustrous.

EXCEPTIONAL! Gorgeous criss-crossing crystals of pinkish-red Tourmaline!
The beauty and flash of this specimen is easily seen in the above photographs. Both
crystals are doubly terminated and as the far right photo illustrates, the top
terminations
formed around a third horizontal Tourmaline crystal! Pretty unique to say the least.

At first glace, this would be a great
looking plate of Sweet Home Rhodochrosite!
It's actually a Chinese Rhodochrosite specimen however and the finds from there
continue to amaze as they get better and better. I wouldn't call them Sweet Home
quality but they are getting very close. These 1 cm rhombs are translucent with
the best color to yet appear from China. Also, the matrix is now a more sturdy
Quartz needle on Chalcedony in contrast to the slightly fragile Dolomitic matrix
of years past. This was one of the finest plates available at this year's show!
From Wuzhou, Guangxi Province of China.
Measures 6 cm by 10.4 cm in size.
Price $3250
