Beautiful specimen featuring
Spessartine Garnets in matrix!
A rare matrix specimen from the recent find of
bright orange Spessartine Garnet
in Tanzania! When these first appeared on the market, almost all were off matrix
and individual crystals. Lately, I've been seeing more matrix specimens but this
remains one of the best I've seen. The front side (pictured) consists of three orange
Spessartine crystals set in a sparkling schistic matrix. The largest of these Garnets
measures 2.2 cm in size and all three are semi-gemmy with the largest being the most
translucent of the three which is sort of odd. Not pictured are two additional Garnets
located on the bottom side of the matrix. A very aesthetic miniature with a lot of flash!
From Nani, Loliondo, Arusha Region, Tanzania.
Measures 5.3 cm by 6.9 cm in size.
Price $4500

RARE! Malachite tubes with Azurite
interiors after Selenite!
I love these unusual specimens! The Selenite
crystals have been replaced by Malachite and
Azurite hollow tubes or casts from top to bottom. This is one of the better
examples I've seen with
two long tubes and one small tube in the middle. Six openings of Malachite and Azurite are
present.

Amazing combo featuring Polybasite
crystals atop Calcite with a larger Calcite at top!
This is the kind of specimen that really gets me
excited! A large, gemmy Calcite sitting
atop a matrix of smaller Calcites which are completely covered by Polybasite crystals
in varying sizes! I love combination specimens but to find one of this size with so
many
Polybasites (there must be hundreds of them!) is rare indeed. The largest Polybasite
is very lustrous and can be seen at 4 o'clock in the photo. It measures 1.3 cm in size!
From Guanajuato, Guanajuato (GTO) , Mexico.
Measures 7 cm by 8.3 cm in size with a 4 cm Calcite!

NEW FIND!! Vibrant Pink Topaz crystals
on doubly terminated Quartz and Magnesite!
Gorgeous specimen featuring some of the deepest pink Topaz crystals you will see anywhere
attached to a terminated Quartz point. The Quartz sits atop rhombs of translucent
Magnesite.
I saw a small collection of these in Tucson and cherry picked two of what I thought were
the finest
specimens. This is the second of the two and I really liked the mineral combination of
this one.

Exceptional Orange Creedite with
Fluorite!
One of the finest Orange Creedite crystal clusters
you'll see anywhere!
Orange Creedite is actually rarer than the more famous Purple Creedite and very few

right side. I would rate this specimen as one of the five finest I've seen out of many
hundreds.

EXCEPTIONAL RASPBERRY FLUORITE!!
Classic plate of Raspberry colored Fluorite crystals
atop Sphalerite!
I would have to say this is the largest Raspberry Fluorite specimen I've ever come across.
In my opinion, Raspberry is the Elmwood Mine's most beautiful color and a plate of this
size is
extremely rare. In a private collection for at least a couple of decades, this was a
fortunate find!
