MUSEUM QUALITY!! Tremendous large
cabinet plate of Beryl var Aquamarine on Muscovite!
Easily the finest Chinese Aquamarine plate I've seen
outside of a museum! The above picture
simply cannot do the specimen justice with so many light reflections jumping off of each
gem
crystal. There are easily two dozen or more tabular Aquas on this huge plate and all are
well
colored and transparent down to the Muscovite! The largest Aquamarines measure 7.5 cm and
6 cm in size. This plate could actually be displayed from either front or back but I
prefer this side.
From Mt. Xuebaoding, Ping Wu, Sichuan Province of China.
Measures 12.5 cm by 25 cm by 14 in total size.
Ex. Smale Mineral Collection
Comes with a custom made, engraved base
Price $25,000

Bright and lustrous specimen of
crystalline Native Gold on matrix!
A very rich seam of Gold in Quartz with well defined
crystals along the exterior!
The crystallization took place everywhere the matrix widened and apparently
this was mostly along the periphery of the main seam. Hoppered crystals and
numerous octahedrons can be easily seen among the incredibly flashy surfaces.
From the Mockingbird Mine, Mariposa County, California.
Measures 6 cm by 4.7 cm in size.
Price $5750

Stunning plate of deep orange
Hessonite Garnet crystals in cluster!
What a dazzling arrangement of naturally faceted
gems! The color is some of the richest
you will ever see from the Jeffrey Mine and the surfaces are incredibly glassy and
reflective.
Hundreds of striations, all reflecting light at the same time, give the specimen a
sparkling
flash when tilted side to side. The interiors of each crystal are just as fine as very
gemmy.
The darker crystals you see are fine blades of Biotite. A gorgeous gem specimen with
very little in the way of contacting and one that would be at home in the finest
collection.
From the Jeffrey Mine, Asbestos, Quebec, Canada.
Measures 4.7 cm by 6.5 cm in size.
Price $4500

VERY RARE!!! Thick, twisting wires of
Native Silver on matrix from Arizona!
This incredibly rare specimen is from the famous
Silver King Mine which operated in
the 1870s-1880's! This mine gave birth to numerous towns in the area, including Pinal,
and yielded millions of ounces of high grade Silver ore. Unfortunately, few specimens
were preserved and they rarely appear on the market. The Silver King Mine closed
in 1888 when the ore was exhausted. This specimen represents a unique opportunity
for collectors to obtain a seldom seen specimen from the early mining days in Arizona!
From the Silver King Mine (circa 1875-1888), near Superior,
Pinal County, Arizona.
Measures 4.6 cm by 4.6 cm in size.

EXCEPTIONAL!! Incredibly beautiful and
pristine large cabinet Amethyst plate!
Definately one of the finest Amethyst specimens I've
owned or offered on the website!
This plate is both deep in color and very aesthetic with a 3-dimensional appearance.
The crystals are all terminated, some doubly terminated, and exhibit glassy gem interiors!
The matrix is white Calcite accented and features a crystal supported ledge near the top
center, giving the specimen the 3-dimensional appearance. To fully appreciate this
large
plate, one must see it in person under direct lighting. What a centerpiece it would make!

Ex. James Vorpahl Mineral Collection

Super GEMMY cluster of Smoky Quartz

Just a slight touch of surface texture which appears as dustiness in the photo. This is

the reflection of the camera lights however. The crystals are glassy, gemmy, and

flashy. All are completely terminated with no real noticeable bumps or chips to speak of.
From Les Periades, Department de Haute-Savoie, France.
